Return and Exchange Policy

Returns:

Fill out our returns/exchanges form below. Send back any item in new condition for a full refund (minus shipping) within 30 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

 

Domestic Exchanges (USA):

Did we make a boo boo? If your order was made incorrectly we will send out the correct item with a return shipping package. You will simply need to tender it to the local United States Post Office. Often times you can hand it to your mail-person. E-mail us at [email protected]

Did you want a different size or style? Fill out our returns/exchanges form below. Send back any item in new condition within 30 days of receipt. Original production times still apply for exchanges. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will cover the cost to ship your exchange item to you.

 

International Exchanges (Outside of the USA):

Did we make a boo boo? If your order was made incorrectly we will reimburse you for the cost of First Class return shipping and cover the cost to send your correct item to you. E-mail us at [email protected]

Did you want a different size or style? You are responsible for return shipping costs in both directions. Once we are finsihed making your replacement item we will send you an online payable invoice for the cost of shipping your exchange item to you.

Holiday Returns & Exchanges

From November 1st to December 31st we extend our Returns and Exchanges Policy to a total of 60 days from the date of receipt. No need to worry about giving the wrong gift and having your loved one stuck with a wrong size or style.
